PROJECT SUMMARY

R Clark Companies combined earthwork and site development with underground infrastructure for Carlisle Construction Materials’ new Sikeston facility. Cut-and-fill earthwork, building pad and pavement base preparation, rail sub-ballast placement, and storm sewer installation demonstrate the ability to coordinate related civil scopes on a manufacturing development.

Our team was subcontracted by Forcum Lannom Contractors for civil services at the new facility.

SCOPE & PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS
  • Cut-and-fill earthwork
  • Stone base installation for building pads
  • Stone base installation for roadways and parking lots
  • Sub-ballast placement for the facility railroad
  • Site storm sewers

  • 60,000 tons of stone placed
  • 500,000 cubic yards of cut-and-fill earthwork
  • Installation of 10,500 linear feet of storm sewer
